Meetings: The Shadow Mountain Ranch Property Owners Association (SMR-POA) typically holds its annual meeting each year in June or July. The next meeting will be on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 4:00 PM, place and format TBD. Minutes of meetings from the past 3 years are posted in the sidebar on the right. Minutes from earlier meetings may be obtained by contacting the Secretary.

moose in Shadow Mountain RanchDirectory: It is important for members to keep their contact information current with the Secretary. The Secretary maintains a directory of association members with addresses and phone numbers. Virtually all correspondence is transmitted via email, so current email addresses are especially important. Copies of the current directory are available to members by contacting the Secretary.

Assessments and Financial Reports: The SMR-POA operates on a fiscal year from June 1 to May 31. Invoices for assessments are sent to members annually in January and are payable by March 31. Assessments are paid in advance, for the upcoming fiscal year. The amount of the assessments are variable, depending on the acreage owned by each member. Assessments are set by the Officers, depending on budget requirements, and are typically $30 per acre per year. Financial reports for the association are available to members by contacting the Treasurer.
